The National Insurance and Sureties Commission declares the revocation of the authorization for Pensiones Sura, S.A. de C.V. to operate as a pension insurance institution, placing the entity in a state of dissolution and conventional liquidation effective upon notification. The resolution mandates that the entity cease issuing new insurance, requires the appointment of a liquidator to finalize pending obligations within one year, and imposes strict deadlines for publishing the notice and submitting final liquidation balances and monthly progress reports. Pensiones Sura is also required to register the public instrument of dissolution in the Public Commerce Registry and submit a certified copy to the Commission within ninety days.
