Notice FHC-N608 on Disclosure in Financial Statements
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued Notice FHC-N608 to establish specific disclosure requirements for designated financial holding companies with a Singapore-incorporated bank subsidiary. This notice supplements the financial statement obligations mandated by the Companies Act and its prescribed Accounting Standards. The regulatory requirements take effect on 01 July 2022.
