Notice FHC-N610 on Submission of Statistics and Returns
Designated financial holding companies with a bank subsidiary incorporated in Singapore must submit statistics and returns using specified reporting forms. These entities must ensure information is approved by their chief executive or authorized delegate and submit monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly data within 14 days, 30 days, or 3 months respectively, with a 45-day deadline for consolidated and standalone filings. The notice takes effect on 1 July 2022, requiring compliance for reporting periods beginning on or after that date.
