Notice FHC-N610 on Submission of Statistics and Returns
The Monetary Authority of Singapore issued Notice FHC-N610 to mandate designated financial holding companies with Singapore-incorporated banking subsidiaries to submit statistical returns. This requirement, effective 1 July 2022, is issued pursuant to section 3(1) of the Financial Holding Companies Act 2013 and specifies the reporting forms, completion notes, and submission timeframes.
