Notice Modifying the Authorization Bases for CSN Cooperativa Financiera, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V.
The CNBV modifies the authorization bases for CSN Cooperativa Financiera, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to reflect its name change from Caja San Nicolás, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V., approved on September 25, 2021. The authorization is now issued to CSN Cooperativa Financiera, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V., with its social domicile in Nuevo León and an Operations Level III. The entity must publish the authorization in the Official Journal, register it with the Public Commerce Registry within 60 days of notification, and submit proof to the Commission within 15 days thereafter. The entity is required to inform the authority of the publication date within ten business days of the publication.
