Notice No. 03/GGBM/2004 - Amendment to the Scope of Application of Notice No. 02/GBM/2004 Regarding Mandatory Reserves

The Bank of Mozambique amends Notice No. 02/GBM/2004 to exclude credit institutions that do not receive deposits from the public from the mandatory reserves regime. This change modifies Article 1 of the original notice to clarify that the provisions apply only to institutions holding specific liabilities and monetary assets with the central bank. The amendment enters into force immediately.
