Notice No. 4/2003 of the Bank of Portugal
This notice amends Notice No. 10/94 to specify that the institutions of credit and financial societies referred to in letters a) to g) and j) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the General Regime are subject to its discipline. It further confirms that group purchasing administration societies existing at the time the entry into force of Decree-Law No. 201/2002 remain subject to the discipline of Notice No. 10/94. The notice entered into force on the day following its publication.
