Notice No. 4/2023
The Banco de Portugal revokes Instruction No. 19/2020, which regulated reporting and disclosure obligations for exposures subject to measures in response to the COVID-19 crisis. This revocation aligns with the European Banking Authority's revocation of its related guidelines effective January 1, 2023. The Notice enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette on March 29, 2023.
