The Bank of Portugal amends the advertising rules for supervised financial entities by updating the minimum character size requirements for indoor posters displayed outside their premises. The regulation increases the minimum font size for these specific posters from 30 points to 40 points in Arial font to ensure a balance between advertising messages and mandatory client information. This change applies to credit products requiring detailed mandatory information and takes effect the day after publication on July 15, 2025.
