Notice of Amendments to Legislation
The DFSA Board issued amendments to the FEES MODULE (FER) of the DFSA Rulebook, which repeal and replace the existing fees framework with an updated version effective 1 January 2015. These changes follow the consultation period outlined in Consultation Paper No. 96 and incorporate direct feedback from industry consultees. The finalized Rulemaking Instrument and detailed amendments are now available on the DFSA website for immediate reference alongside archived versions.
