Notice of Amendments to Legislation: December 2024
The Dubai Financial Services Authority Board has enacted two amendments to the DFSA Rulebook following a public consultation process. The Prudential – Investment, Insurance Intermediation and Banking Business Module Rule-Making Instruments No. 390 and No. 391 of 2024 will respectively take effect on 1 April 2025 and 1 January 2026. These instruments update existing regulatory modules on the DFSA website while preserving earlier versions in the archive for reference.
