VLRM Global Investments, S.A. de C.V. is pleased to announce to the general market the commencement of the public offering of its token named "FIRM Token," which will be made available to the public starting Friday, May 30, 2025, at 06:00 hours, under the GMT-6 time zone. This digital asset allows investors to directly participate in the income obtained from the royalties of the published work by James Bannon, Running with the Firm.

• VLRM Global Investments, S.A. de C.V. is registered as a Digital Asset Issuer with the CNAD, under the registry entry number: AD-00009.
• The issuance of the FIRM Token digital asset is registered with the CNAD, under the registry entry number: AD-00017.
• VLRM Markets, S.A. de C.V. is registered as a Digital Asset Service Provider with the CNAD, under the registry entry number: PSAD-0031.
• A maximum of 3,000 tokens will be available in the issuance.
