The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Papers No. 113 and No. 114 to review capital and liquidity requirements for regulated entities. Stakeholders must submit their feedback on the proposed regulatory updates by 21 August 2017. The complete consultation documents are available for public review on the DFSA website ahead of the submission deadline.
