The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) issued Consultation Paper No. 106 to regulate arranging activities, representative office operations, and financial promotions. Stakeholders must submit written comments addressing the proposed regulatory framework via the DFSA website or direct link. All feedback will be evaluated before the mandatory 21 August 2016 submission deadline.
