Notice of Consultation Paper Release: CP 167
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Paper 167 proposing targeted enhancements to its Rulebook to ensure alignment with the Basel Core Principles. The finalized amendments will subsequently update the DFSA's operating framework to reflect international banking standards and strengthen regulatory oversight.
