Notice of Consultation Paper Release: CP 170
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Paper 170 to define operational resilience standards for regulated entities. The paper mandates firms to identify critical business services, establish impact tolerances for operational disruptions, and implement robust testing frameworks. Regulated entities must submit their written comments to the DFSA by 26 May 2026.
