Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status for Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 5-6453-9)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal property located at Calle Abasolo number 43, Torreón, Coahuila, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29, fraction IV of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties, including owners and possessors of adjacent properties, are granted a period of ten business days from the publication date of July 24, 2025, to submit written statements and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets. The property, measuring 2,254.22 square meters and controlled by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, is the subject of this declaration process.
