Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status for Federal Property (R.F.I. 15-12509-3)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal property located at Avenida Pantitlán 449, Nezahualcóyotl, as part of the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Adjacent property owners and/or possessors are granted a ten-day natural day period, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Assets Administration. The property, measuring 3,087.00 square meters and controlled by the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, is subject to this declaration due to specific legal suppositions.
