Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status for Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 30-26723-5)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal real estate property "Monte de los Olivos" in Tuxpan, Veracruz, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime. Interested parties and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural period, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Assets Administration. The property, measuring 457.00 square meters, is currently under the control of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
