Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status of Federal Real Estate
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal property located at Avenida Ing. José Ma Castorena 21, Mexico City, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29 IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural period to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Patrimony Administration. The deadline for submission is calculated from the day following the notice's publication in the Official Gazette.
