Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status Regarding Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 9-10474-0)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal real estate located at Calle Francisco Leyva No. 76, Iztapalapa, Mexico City, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29 Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a period of ten natural days from the publication date of June 17, 2025, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets.
