Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Subject to Federal Public Domain Regime for Federal Real Estate
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit initiates an administrative procedure to declare specific federal real estate properties subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Articles 29 and 6 of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties, including owners and possessors of adjacent lands, are granted a ten-day natural period to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Property Administration. The procedure concerns four specific properties located in Michoacán and Sinaloa currently administered by the National Water Commission.
