Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Subject to Federal Public Domain Regime for Land Fractions of Federal Real Estate
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare 28 land fractions of a federal property subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29 IV and Article 6 VI of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a period of three business days from the publication date to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration in Mexico City.
