Notice of Initiation of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Subject to Federal Public Domain Regime for Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 9-9455-4)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates an administrative procedure to declare the federal property located at Calle Rosal 27, Tlalpan, Mexico City, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29 IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural deadline, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Patrimony Administration.
