Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status of Federal Real Estate
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the federal property known as "Taller y Almacén del D.R. 076 Valle del Carrizo" in Ahome, Sinaloa, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties, including owners and possessors of adjacent land, are granted a ten-day natural period to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Property. The property, currently under the administration of the National Water Commission, covers 8,100 square meters and is located at Calle Río Presidio, Colonia Centro, Ahome, Sinaloa.
