Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status for Land Parcels on the Toluca-Tejupilco de Hidalgo Highway Section
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare specific land parcels along the Toluca-Tejupilco de Hidalgo highway section as part of the Federal Public Domain. Adjacent property owners and possessors are granted a period of three business days from the publication date in the Official Gazette to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Assets Administration. The proceedings concern 13 land fractions totaling approximately 494,869.801 square meters located in Zinacantepec, State of Mexico, under the control of the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport.
