Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status for Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 30-26735-1)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the federal property known as "Monte Carmelo" in Papantla, Veracruz, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a period of ten business days from the publication date in the Official Gazette to submit written statements and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets. The proceedings are based on the property being under the control and administration of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
