Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status for Federal Real Estate
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the federal property located at Calle Escuadrón 201 number 361, Mexico City, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29 Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural day period to submit written statements and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Patrimony Administration. The deadline for submitting these claims begins the day following the publication of this notice in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
