Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status of Federal Real Estate
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the Getzemani Temple property in Poza Rica, Veracruz, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime under Article 29 Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties and adjacent property owners are granted a ten-day natural period to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Assets Administration. The property, identified by RFI 30-26700-1, covers 251.05 square meters and is currently under the control of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
