Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status of Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 30-26695-3)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the federal property known as "EL SHADAY" in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime. Adjacent property owners and/or possessors are granted a ten-day natural period, commencing the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Patrimony in Mexico City.
