Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings to Declare Federal Property Subject to Federal Public Domain Regime
The Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the federal property located at the corner of 8 Oriente and 28 Norte streets in Puebla subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day business day deadline to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets at the specified Mexico City address.
