Notice of Initiation of Administrative Proceedings to Declare Federal Property Subject to Federal Public Domain Regime (R.F.I. 9-9961-2)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the property located at Oriente 174 No. 247, Mexico City, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29 Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Interested parties are granted a ten-day natural period, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Heritage.
