Leasing Atlántida, S.A., in its capacity as a digital asset issuer, informs the general public that on Wednesday, October 21, at 4:00 p.m., it will issue the second tranche of the public offering of its debt token “ALDT001.” This digital asset seeks to provide investors with the opportunity to participate in the funding, through debt, of financial and/or real estate leasing operations, with a focus on sustainability, economic development, and high social impact.

The public offering has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registration entry AD-00016.
