Notice of Revocation of Authorization for the Establishment in National Territory of Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A., Representation Office in Mexico, Monterrey, N.L.
The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization for Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. to maintain its Representation Office in Monterrey, Nuevo León, following the entity's notification of the office's definitive closure. This decision was adopted by the Commission's Board of Government on April 3, 2017, based on the request submitted on January 16, 2017, and applies to the establishment originally authorized on September 21, 2010. The revocation is effective immediately upon the issuance of this notice on April 5, 2017.
