Notice of the Start of Administrative Proceedings to Issue a Declaration of Subjecting Federal Land Parcels to the Federal Public Domain Regime
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit initiates administrative proceedings to declare 113 land parcels totaling 9,068,758.27 square meters along the MEX-307 highway in Quintana Roo subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime. Adjacent property owners and possessors are granted a ten-day natural day deadline to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration in Mexico City.
