NOTICE through which the start of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subjecting to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the land fractions of the Federal real estate indicated, because

NOTICE through which the start of the administrative procedure to

issue the Declaration of Subjecting to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the

land fractions of the Federal real estate indicated, because they fall under the circumstances established in

Article 29, fraction IV, in relation to Article 6, fraction VI, both of the General Law of National Assets.

TO THE OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE LAND FRACTIONS OF

THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

PRESENT

Based on what is provided by Article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican

States; Articles 2, fraction I, 17, 26, 31 fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public

Administration; 2, fractions VI and VII, 3 fraction III, 4, 6 fraction VI, 10, 13, 28, fractions I, III and VII, 29,

fractions I and IV and 32, fraction III of the General Law of National Assets; 2, 3 fraction VI

and 4 of the Law of the

Official Gazette of the Federation and Government Gazettes; 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative

Procedure; 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures; 4 section G, fraction V, 48 and 49 of the

Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3 fraction X, 6

fraction XXXIII, 7 fractions XIV and XXIII and 11 fractions I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and

Appraisal of National Assets; ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegation Agreement, issued by the President of the

Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on the day March 8, 2017, it

The start of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Subjecting to the Regime of Federal Public

Domain, regarding 113 land fractions of a Federal real estate of larger surface area, with

a linear length extension of 357.48 kilometers, with Federal Real Estate Registry 23-5196-9, located in

the MEX-307 Highway Reforma Agraria - Puerto Juárez,

from km 0+000 to km 226+712.55,

in the Municipalities

of Othón P. Blanco, Bacalar, Felipe Carrillo Puerto and Tulum, State of Quintana Roo, whose technical data are

recorded in the plans prepared by the General Residence of Federal Highways S.C.T.

Quintana Roo, of the then Ministry of Communications and Transport, now Ministry of

Infrastructure, Communications and Transport, numbers RAgr-PJua: 001/113 to RAgr-PJua: 113/113, for the

use of public services under their charge, with the corresponding locations and surfaces, described in the

control and administration of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport and based on

Articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as 292 of the Federal Code

of Civil Procedures applied supplementarily to the cited law, IT IS GRANTED TO THE

INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE OF TEN NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication

in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for them to state, on their own or through their legal representatives,

what is convenient for their rights, through a free written statement addressed to the General Directorate of

Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, which must be accompanied by the documentation that

supports their statement,

presenting it at the address located at Avenida México, number 151, Colonia Del

Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Alcaldía, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from

9:00 to 17:00 hours.
