Notice of Transfer of a Portfolio of Mortgage Claims from Integrale NV to Monument Assurance Belgium NV
The Autoriteit voor Financiële Diensten en Markten publishes the transfer of the entire portfolio of mortgage claims from Integrale NV, located in Liège, to Monument Assurance Belgium NV, located in Brussels. This transfer is made public in accordance with Article 81 undecies of the Mortgage Law of 16 December 1851 and is enforceable against all third parties upon publication.
