NOTICE regarding the initiation of administrative proceedings to declare a Federal property subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29 Section IV of the General Law of National Assets (R.F.I. 21-17501-8)
The notice initiates administrative proceedings to declare the property located at Calle Antiguo Camino Real a San Jerónimo-División del Norte number 58, Puebla, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime. Interested parties and/or owners of adjacent properties are granted a period of ten business days from the publication date in the Official Gazette to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets. The property is currently under the control of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit through the Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.
