Notice – Regulation 7 (Pillar 3) of the Financial Institutions (Capital Adequacy) Regulations, 2020

The Minister of Finance of Trinidad and Tobago has issued a notice under Regulation 2 of the Financial Institutions (Capital Adequacy) Regulations, 2020. The notice mandates that Regulation 7, concerning Pillar III market disclosures, shall come into force on 1st July, 2026. This regulation applies to financial institutions subject to the specified Capital Adequacy Regulations.
