Notice revoking authorization for Lehman Brothers, Inc., Representation Office in Mexico, to continue operating as a representation office of a foreign financial entity
The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization for Lehman Brothers, Inc., Representation Office in Mexico, to organize and operate as a representation office of a foreign financial entity. Effective from the date of notification of this resolution, the entity is prohibited from carrying out any activities. The revocation is based on the failure to rebut the presumption of revocation established in the notice of summons, confirming the causal under Article 159 of the Securities Market Law.
