Notice revoking authorization for MANXICO, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to operate as a Savings and Loan Cooperative Society
The National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) revokes the authorization granted to MANXICO, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to continue operating as a Savings and Loan Cooperative Society based on Article 84, Section III of the Law Regulating the Activities of Savings and Loan Cooperative Societies (LRASCAP). Following this revocation, the entity is incapacitated from conducting operations and enters a state of dissolution and liquidation effective upon notification of the resolution. The decision was adopted by the CNBV Governing Board on August 11, 2023.
