Notice revoking the authorization granted to SMB Rural, S.A. de C.V., S.F.C., to operate as a Community Financial Society
The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization for SMB Rural, S.A. de C.V., S.F.C., to operate as a Community Financial Society based on the causal established in Article 37, fraction I, of the Popular Savings and Credit Law. Following the notification of this resolution, the entity is incapacitated from conducting operations and enters a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with the law.
