Notice revoking the authorization granted to the Federation of Rural Financial Institutions and Organizations, A.C., to organize and operate as a Federation
The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization of the Federation of Rural Financial Institutions and Organizations, A.C., to organize and operate as a Federation, effective upon notification of the resolution. Following this revocation, the entity is incapacitated from conducting operations and enters a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with Article 60 of the Popular Savings and Credit Law. This decision is based on the accreditation of the revocation cause under Article 60, Section III of the Popular Savings and Credit Law and Article 12, Sections V and XV of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law.
