Notice revoking the authorization granted to Union de Credito de Hidalgo, S.A. de C.V. to operate as a Credit Union
The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization of Union de Credito de Hidalgo, S.A. de C.V. to operate as a Credit Union, effective upon notification of the resolution. The entity is prohibited from conducting operations and must enter a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with Article 99 of the Credit Unions Law. This action is based on the entity's explicit acknowledgment of ceasing its authorized operations, which constitutes a cause for revocation under Article 97, fraction IV of the Credit Unions Law.
