Notice revoking the authorization granted to Union de Credito Ganadero de Tabasco, S.A. de C.V. to operate as a Credit Union
The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization of Union de Credito Ganadero de Tabasco, S.A. de C.V. to operate as a Credit Union, citing the failure to provide sufficient evidence to rebut the grounds for revocation under Article 97, Section IX of the Credit Unions Law. Effective upon notification, the entity is prohibited from conducting operations and must enter a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with Article 99 of the Credit Unions Law. This decision was adopted by the Commission's Board of Directors on November 10, 2023, and the resolution was issued on November 13, 2023.
