Notice revoking the authorization of Union de Credito Agropecuaria, Industrial y Comercial de Huajuapan, S.A. de C.V. to continue operating as a credit union
The National Banking and Securities Commission revokes the authorization of Union de Credito Agropecuaria, Industrial y Comercial de Huajuapan, S.A. de C.V. to organize and operate as a credit union, citing grounds under Article 97, Section IV of the Credit Unions Law. Effective upon notification, the entity is prohibited from conducting operations and must enter a state of dissolution and liquidation in accordance with Article 99 of the Credit Unions Law. This decision is based on the Commission's authority under the National Banking and Securities Commission Law and an agreement adopted by the Commission's Board of Directors on December 12, 2025.
