Notice to Bank Leumi Le-Israel, B.M. and Bank Leumi (Luxembourg), S.A. of the Closure of their Joint Representation Office in Mexico and Revocation of Authorization
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes the closure of the Joint Representation Office in Mexico held by Bank Leumi Le-Israel, B.M. and Bank Leumi (Luxembourg), S.A., effective February 29, 2016. Consequently, the Commission unanimously approves the revocation of the authorization for the establishment of this office, which was originally granted on July 20, 2012. This decision follows the unanimous resolutions by the Boards of Directors of both banks to close the office and the submission of required documentation confirming compliance with applicable regulations.
