Notice to Israel Discount Bank of New York of the Closure of its Representation Office in Mexico and Revocation of Authorization
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorized the permanent closure of the Representation Office of Israel Discount Bank of New York in Mexico and revoked the authorization originally granted by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit in 2008. This decision was based on the bank's request submitted in March and April 2016 and follows a unanimous approval by the Board of Directors on June 27, 2016. The revocation of the establishment authorization takes effect on the date this agreement becomes operative.
