Notice to Serfin International Bank and Trust regarding the closure of its Representation Office in Mexico and the revocation of its establishment authorization
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes the definitive closure of Serfin International Bank and Trust's Representation Office in Mexico, effective December 31, 2015, and revokes the authorization originally granted to Dynaworld Bank & Trust in 1989 to establish said office. This decision follows the shareholder's resolution to close the office and complies with the Rules for Representation Offices of Foreign Financial Entities. The revocation of the establishment authorization takes effect from the date this agreement enters into force.
