Notice to Trustees, Principal Officers and Other Officers of Foreign Pension Funds Registered in Namibia
The Registrar of Pension Funds, acting through the Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority, mandates that all foreign pension funds registered in Namibia submit a completed Foreign Fund Return form. These submissions must be emailed using the prescribed spreadsheet format and accompanying guidance notes within four months of each fund’s financial year-end, starting with the year-end immediately following this notice. Compliance is facilitated by online form access and direct contact channels for regulatory queries.
