Notification of Procedure Start to Issue Declaration of Subjection to Federal Public Domain Regime for Indicated Land Fraction Under Articles 29 IV and 6 VI of General Law of National Assets
An administrative procedure begins to issue a Declaration of Subjection to the Federal Public Domain Regime for a fraction of federal land located on the San Luis Potosí-Matehuala Highway in the Municipality of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez. Owners and/or possessors of properties adjacent to the specified land fraction are granted a term of ten natural days, counted from the day following publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on October 20, 2023, to submit written claims supporting their rights. Submissions must be presented at the offices of the General Directorate of Administration of the Federal Real Estate Heritage in Mexico City during business hours.
