Notification of Start of Administrative Procedure for Declaration of Subjection to Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding Land Fractions of Federal Property Under Articles 29 IV and 6 VI of General Law of National Assets, Registry 12-19604-6
An administrative procedure has commenced to declare 47 land fractions totaling 1,900,447.609 square meters subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime, affecting properties along Federal Highway MEX-200 Las Cruces-Pinotepa Nacional in Guerrero under Federal Real Estate Registry 12-19604-6. Owners and possessors of adjoining properties are granted a deadline of ten natural days from publication in the Federal Official Gazette to submit written claims with supporting documentation to the offices located at Avenida México, number 151, Colonia Del Carmen, Mexico City.
